      About this free page inserter

Documents rarely arrive complete: a missing appendix, a signed cover sheet that came separately, or a report that needs a few blank pages for notes. This tool inserts pages exactly where you want them without touching the rest of the document. Take every page from a second PDF and slot them in after page 3, at the very beginning, or at the end — or add blank pages sized to match your document. The pages are copied, never re-rendered, so text, images and formatting stay identical to the originals.

Because the whole job runs in your browser with the open-source pdf-lib library, there's no upload queue, no watermark, and no account. Your originals are never modified — you always download a brand-new file. Password-protected PDFs can't be opened by browser tools, so unlock the file first if it has a password.

      Frequently asked questions

Can I insert pages in the middle of a PDF?

Yes. Choose After page and type the page number — numbering starts at 1, so "after page 3" places the new pages between pages 3 and 4. You can also insert at the very start or the very end.

Can I insert blank pages instead of another PDF?

Yes. Tick Blank pages, choose how many you need, and they are sized to match your main document's first page. Handy for adding note-taking space or placeholder sheets.

Does inserting pages change their quality?

No. The pages are copied directly, not re-rendered, so text, images, links and formatting stay exactly as they were in the source files.

      Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. The whole job runs in your browser with the open-source pdf-lib library. Your PDFs never leave your device, and your originals are never modified — you download a brand-new file.
